What counts as a "seat"?

A seat is one student profile. Parents, co-parents, and teachers all get admin access to the portal for free — admins never count against your seat total.

Can I add more students later?

Yes. Extra seats are $5/month each on Family and Family+. Upgrade or downgrade from the admin portal at any time.

What if I want more than one course?

You'll be able to add a second course for $5/month (or $4/month on the Organization plan). We currently offer Clear Thinking Essentials, with more curricula coming soon.

I just want the PDF. Do I have to subscribe?

No. Every course is also available as a one-time $50 PDF purchase. Active subscribers get the PDF for $25.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Paying annually gets you two months free on every plan (10× the monthly rate instead of 12).

What about the old "lifetime access" I already bought?

You're grandfathered in. Your access stays exactly as-is forever. Email us if you'd like the new portal features added.

Can co-parents, grandparents, or tutors see progress?

Yes. Invite unlimited co-parents or guardians as view-only admins. On the Organization plan, create classroom teachers with scoped access.

How does the Organization plan work?

Starts at 35 seats at $5/seat/month, plus a platform fee and per-course pricing with bundled discounts. We work with schools, co-ops, and churches on annual and multi-year contracts. Reach out for a quote.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund you in full.

Is my student's data private?

Always. Typed narrations and assessment responses belong to you. We never sell or share student data. Export or delete anytime.
